Content Analysis of Coal
Coal analysis is required whether the coal can be used in the power plant or can't be used because the range outside the power plant design. In addition the analysis of coal is needed to determine the quality of the coal. Analysis is generally used in power plant Proximate analysis.
Coal proximate analysis consists of some basic analysis of coal, which aims to make it easier to assess its quality. The proximate analysis is done routinely every arrival of shipment of coal, which consists of:
· Volatile Matter
· Ash
· Carbon
· Calorific Value
· Moisture
· Grindability
